We work exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017).

According to Clause 23 of the ADSp 2017, liability for loss or damage to goods, as per Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), is limited to 8.33 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) per kilogram. Furthermore, liability is limited to the greater of €1.25 million and 2 SDR per kilogram per claim, and all claims per event are capped at the greater of €2.5 million and 2 SDR per kilogram. For multimodal transports involving sea carriage, liability is limited to 2 SDR per kilogram.

With this customs power of attorney, you authorize us, on a one-time basis, to act as your direct representative under Articles 18 and 19 of the UCC (Union Customs Code). This allows us to handle your import shipments and perform all actions related to customs clearance on your behalf.

With this customs power of attorney, you grant CCS Express a permanent authorization to act as your direct representative under Articles 18 and 19 of the UCC (Union Customs Code). This enables us to handle your import shipments and carry out all customs-related actions on your behalf on an ongoing basis until revoked.

With this customs power of attorney, you grant CCS Express permanent authorization to act as your direct representative in accordance with Articles 18 and 19 of the Union Customs Code (UCC). This authorizes us to handle your export declarations and to carry out all customs-related activities on your behalf on a continuous basis until revoked.

With this customs power of attorney, you can appoint us once as an indirect representative in accordance with Articles 18 and 19 of the UCC (Union Customs Code) to carry out customs clearances on your behalf.

With this customs authorization, you grant CCS Express a permanent mandate as an indirect representative in accordance with Articles 18 and 19 of the UCC (Union Customs Code). This authorizes us to carry out customs clearances on your behalf permanently and until revoked.

This certificate, issued by the certification body TAW Cert GmbH, confirms that we have implemented and apply a quality management system for the scope of international freight forwarding, courier services, storage, and distribution. 

The AEO certification confirms that our company meets high security and quality standards in customs procedures, enabling our customers to benefit from faster and safer logistics processes.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) confirms that our company has met the professional standards to promote, sell, and handle international air cargo transportation.
