It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Data traffic on our site

CCS-Express GmbH automatically collects and stores information in its server log files that your browser transmits to us. This includes:

• Referrer URL (page you last visited)
• Host name of the computer accessing our site (IP address)
• Timestamp of the server request. CCS-Express GmbH cannot assign this data to a specific person. This data is not merged with data from other sources. We delete this data after a statistical evaluation

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
However, your inquiry can only be used by you and sent to us electronically if you expressly agree to this data protection and data use declaration by clicking on it.

This is personal or specific data that identifies an individual or group of individuals. This may include information such as your correct name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis services Google Analytics and Matomo. The provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Matomo runs on the servers of Cookis GmbH, 6460 Imst, Franz Xaver Rennstraße 4 (Bakehouse customers). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the server of the respective provider and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last eight bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

SSL encryption
